Park is a window of the society. Parks construction and management level reflect the city's management and civilization level. A good planning and construction of parks and scientific management are the guarantee for persistent development of the park. To explore the city park construction financing and management model is aiming at realizing the park's change from the nationalization to the industry, the steady reformation progress of park management system, and speeding up the park's harmonious development of ecological, social and economic benefits.Based on the city park' classifying and deeply summarizing the features, the paper analyses the common problem existing in Chengdu parks' construction and management, and raises the general applicable model of city park construction and management. That is, concludes that the different types of parks should use the suitable construction and management model through the methods of induction, analysis and summarization. And points out the problems which should be paid attention in the using of park construction financing and management models by considering the specific circumstances the parks in Chengdu.By using the theory and together with practice, basing on the analysis of the usage differences between construction and management models, this paper quotes 3 typical cases of park construction and management in Chengdu, using the management analysis methods of SWOT and Porter's five-force model to make careful explore, sums up their successful experience and lessons of failure, and puts forward with some practical measures. And hope they could do some help in Chengdu's park Construction and Management system reforming process.
