In the past time, we usually emphasized on individual ethical issues of the Confucian theory, rather than explored its organizational theory. In fact, the traditional Confucian ethical theory contains a lot of organizational theory, and it forms a complete and consistent system. Confucian organizational theory which is based on its ethical characteristics provided positive methods for the governance of the ancient social organization, and management of family, and it also became a basic theory for the management of our traditional family and country and society.This paper attempts to have a comprehensive analysis of the Confucian organizational theory in the direction of ethical theory from the basic elements of organizational theory, organizational theory from the perspective of management ethics of Confucianism. This paper mainly discusses the contact of the hypothesis of Confucian Human nature and the organizational theory; The progressive organizational ethical goals of Confucian organizational theory, it contains stability, good governance and harmony and so on. Confucianism according to the basic ethical ideas, such as group,discrete, courtesy and so on, produced a differential pattern of Reciprocity from the blood relationship of the patriarchal clan system, and produced Confucianism organizational model of home and country isomorphic;The unique leader and leadership behaviors of management ethics of Confucianism;Finally, the paper discusses the organization’s basic management practices of Confucianism, including morality, manners, law and other combination of organizational control methods of internal control and external control, moderation, and the organizational methods of coordinate the relationship between the principles and the changes.To explore the Confucian organizational theory which is directed by the theory of ethical management, its not only very important for us to found the organizational theory which inherent in the traditional Confucian ethics, but also have a great significance to promote the stability and harmony and development in today’s organizations.
