Vocational Self-concept is an important personality trait,and a part of the whole Self-concept.Vocational Self-concept is the percepts and finalization of the relationship between self and vocation,including all the aspects of self that influence the vocational choice.It is very valuable both in theory and practice to study it.This study aims to develop an Undergraduates'Vocational Self-concept Questionnaire.Based on overviews of former researches, the investigation of open-ended questionnaire, the interview with some undergraduates and some teachers, the theoretical hypothesis was constructed. The exploring factor analysis of the preliminary questionnaire, with which 226 students were investigated, formed the formal questionnaire. After investigating 903 undergraduates with the formal questionnaire, the model turned out to be legitimate and fitting by means of the confirmatory factor analysis and socio-demography. The Undergraduates'Vocational Self-concept Questionnaire was examined by many indexes. The main results of this study are as follows:1, The Undergraduates'Vocational Self-concept includes nine factors: vocational ability, school self, interpersonal self, vocational interest, social assistance, appearance appeal, personality self, vocational aspiration and healthy self.2, Among the self factors , there is no significant difference in different students ,in spite of their degrees, singleton or not; but there is very significant difference among students of different gender, their hometown in city or countryside, participation in the practice, their activeness in pratice and different persons affect their vocational perception.3, There is significant relationship between grades, majors and the vocational self-concept.4, Family factors, such as parents'occupations, parents'educational level, family interpersonal relationship, parents'rearing way and family economics influence the vocational self-concept significantly.
