Practical curriculum system of higher vocational education is the nucleus of higher vocational education. To some extent, practical curriculum system of high vocational education decides the specialty of higher vocational education and realization of talent cultivating goals.After entering WTO, the demands for business English graduates are increasing. Business English practical curriculum development of higher vocational education should concern about enterprises, colleges and students. Based on the research on the theories about business English practical curriculums' development, the author applied the investigation and interview methods in order to master the essence and function of business English practical curriculum of higher vocational education. At the same time, the author investigated the present situation about the business English practical curriculum from teachers, students and enterprises, which is the foundation of business English practical curriculum development objectives, contents, implementation and assessment.According to the demands from enterprises and present situation about the business English practical curriculum, the author put forward some advice. When we carry on business English practical curriculum development of higher vocational education, we should pay attention to the following problems. The goals of practical curriculum should base on market demands, applied technology, forming comprehensive business abilities and obtaining professional qualification certification. The contents of practical curriculum include language abilities and business practice, discipline apply and adapting to society, combination of comprehensive qualities and skills. Implementation of practical curriculum should make use of action-oriented teaching methods; emphasize construction the fieldwork in and outside colleges. Practical curriculum evaluation should combine with professional qualification certification and overall evaluation. Finally, the author raises a plan for Business English practical curriculum of higher vocational education.
