The Qualitative Research On The Application State Of The Learnining Strategy Of The Advanced Students At Higher Vacational College

The learning strategy has become a hotspot in the domestic research field in the last 20 years while the higher vocational college education has been flourishing. In the existing researches, there are many researches about strategy choice, but few on the generative of strategy. Moreover, most of the researches are investigation, and the qualitative research is seldom. This paper attempts to inspect the advanced vocational college students'production mechanism of learning strategy with the methods of qualitative research, which not only enriches the research contents and methodology of learning strategy, but also provides the inspiring ideas for teacher's highly effective strategic teaching. This method is conducive for individual to reconsider himself with the aid of the autobiography platform so as to produce positive and effective strategy suitable for one's own.This research takes the analysis on practicality, i.e. learning log, with the assistance of discussion with students after the event. 4 effective learning logs and discussions with 4 students have been collected for the research of employing the learning strategy. The result of the research indicates the advanced vocational college students'managerial strategies of time, place, motivation, learning emotion and learning determination.On the basis of the analysis on material, the research puts forward the 7 following ways of cultivating the learning strategy of vocational college students. 1. Cultivating the learning interest of the students and inspiring the learning motive while studying actively rather than passively. 2. Helping the students have the affirmative attitude towards learning and the courage to face the obstacles of learning. 3. Initiating the students into learning ways and good upstanding learning practices. 4. Inducting and helping the students establish favorable social relations so as to achieve the support from others. 5. Confirming the student-centered teaching mentality. 6.Deepening the education reform for guaranteeing the students'self-study. 7. Bringing up the favorable style of study on campus.The research supplies the school and the individuals with the practical valuable inspiration and suggestion on how to cultivate the learning strategy.
