Students in the vocal learning in the use of learning strategies is directly related to vocal learning ability of students, improve the quality of vocal learning. Therefore, in vocational schools, vocal learning strategy is an essential part of vocal learning. In this paper, the theory of vocal learning strategy based on the use of literature, investigation methods, action research and lessons learned method, combined with the practice of vocal cognitive strategies, metacognitive strategies vocal music, vocal resources management strategies in three areas in a more in-depth discussion and research. Vocal learning strategies for students to use the status quo, to take some effective measures, vocal learning strategies for students to learn and use, to give effective guidance. With vocal learning strategies for students to use the development of awareness, interest in vocal music students will gradually strengthen the autonomy of student learning vocal music there will be significantly improved, the effectiveness of teaching vocal music will also be getting better and better, when the vocal teaching a virtuous circle is formed.
