In the litigation process,The speech proof is one of the important proofs.Many factors influence the accuracy of speech proof.The speech proof is very unsteady.A lot of researchers use much method to evaluate reliability of Statement,such as Illustrate Analysis,Statement Validity Assessment.In the 20 years.The researcher developed a new method to evaluate reliability of Statement——Reality Monitoring.Reality Monitoring becomes a hot problem of evaluating reliability of Statement.This experiment probe into the influence of interval of observe and statement,personality to reality monitoring.The main results were:1.Under the Chinese language environment,The team of reality statement contain more visual information,audio information,spatial information,expressions of time,have reached the significant level.The team of falsehood statement contain more affective information and cognitive operations.There were significant differences about affective information.There were not significant differences about cognitive operations.2.Take the reality statement and falsehood statement as dependent variable,and take the 6 RM standards as independent variable,We carry on gradually Logistic regression analysis.Audio information,Visual information,Affective information enters Logistic regression equation. Spatial information,Expressions of time,Cognitive operations do not enter Logistic regression equation.More and more RM standards enter Logistic regression equation.The accuracy is more and more high,92.5%by 55%, again to 95%.3.Visual information,Audio information,Spatial information exist significant difference.Participators interviewing after week have litters information on this three RM standards than participators interviewing immediately,have more information than participators of falsehood Statement.Participators interviewing after week have litters information on this three RM standards than participators interviewing immediately. But his three teams have not reached the significant level.Participators interviewing after week have more affective information than participators interviewing immediately,have litters affective information than participators of falsehood Statement.But his three teams have reached the significant level.Participators interviewing after week have more cognitive operations than participators interviewing immediately.But his three teams have reached the significant level.4.Personality(high self-monitoring and low self-monitoring) has not main effects on 6 RM standards.Statement(reality Statement and falsehood Statement) has main effects on audio information,visual information, affective information,spatial information,expressions of time. Statement(reality Statement and falsehood Statement) has not main effects on cognitive operations.The interaction effect between personality(high self-monitoring and low self-monitoring) and statement (reality Statement and falsehood Statement) has not reached the significant level on the 6 RM standards.
