As the development of the world, the US-South Korea relations during the Cold War become the focus of attention. Referred to the US-South Korea relations during the Cold War, it is generally considered to be a master-slave relationship, the another level of the matter was often neglected by people, which is the delicate relations between the United States and South Korea hidden behind the main relations. The novel will study the interference of Truman administration in the political crises of South Korea, analysis its causes and effects, reveal the delicate relationship between the U.S. and South Korea in this period.The main text is divided into four parts:Part I, major introduce the complex background of South Korean political crises, that is the complex political conflicts, introduce the the basic situation of the various parties in South Korea before and after the founding of the Republic of Korea, clarify serious flaws of its own political development and the introduction of American-style democracy, analysis the contact between the U.S. and some forces of no Syngman Rhee, and how Syngman Rhee became an autocratic rulers from a democratic supporter. Part II, focuses on the Truman Government intervention of the political crises in the 1949-1952, including: the South Korean Parliament Struggle in 1949, the South Korean Parliament Struggle in 1950, the South Korean political crises in 1951 and the South Korean constitutional crises in 1952. In this part , I will have a comprehensive utilization of the document of U.S. policy on Korea and the United States policy to the Far East in the FRUS, the U.S. policy on the Korean in the DDRS, Truman Library archives and documents relating to the Korean War, and learns the academic point of view of the foreign scholars, analysis Truman administration how to intervene every political crises, reveal the non- mandatory interference policy of Truman administration take to the South Korean political crises .Part III , mainly analysis the reasons for the non- mandatory interference policy of Truman administration take to the South Korea political crises, including the reasons of the Korean War, the international community, the U.S. government controversy for the strategic value of the South Korea, Truman personal factors and the United States did not find a suitable candidate to replace Syngman Rhee, also the prestige of Syngman Rhee in South Korea, such a combination of factors makes the United States need to consider the attitude and policy for the South Korea political crises carefully.Part IV, analyzes the impact of the Truman administration's interference, which affected the policies of the United States to the South Korea, stimulated the anti-US. sentiment in the South Korea, had a double impact on the Korean politics development, contributed to Syngman Rhee blocking the Korean armistice, and also affected the development of the North-East Asia situation.The interference of Truman administration in the political crises of South Korea reflects the strategic choice of the United States and the strategic features of the United States in Northeast Asia at that time, as well as the delicate relationship between the US and the South Korea.
