The Study On The Structure Of Employer Attractiveness And Its Related Factors

After analyzing a large number of domestic and overseas literatures and the datas about the employer attractiveness we find that,the research on employer attractiveness especially of the graduating students were very scarce.So researches on the graduating students' employer attractiveness become significant not only for human resources management but also for building good employer brand.Hence force this thesis discussed the structure of employer attractiveness and its correlation using psychology empirical method.In detail,based on analyzing literature,questionnaires,we collected scales items,which formed the initial scale. Through statistical analysis the datas of questionnaires for the graduating students from Guangzhou City,we got a 5-factor model of employer attractiveness by Exploratory Factor Analysis and tested the structure by Confirmatory Factor Analysis further.In addition,the study discussed the relationship between employer attractiveness and its relevant variable and the differences in demographic variables on the five factors.The results show that:(1) Employer attractiveness in Guangzhou is made up of five factors,which are development value,atmosphere value,environment value,reputation value,economy value.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good.(2)There are significant differences on employer attractiveness among different levels of self-esteem of students.Furthermore,the self-esteem toward employer attractiveness has a positive predictive power.(3)There are significant differences between employer attractiveness among different academic levels,different background of family.
