Under the background of the national humanities and social science research project " University Students’ Psychological Safety Education, Problem Prevention, Symptoms Treatment and Crisis Intervention", this research is the continuous research which study teenagers’ psychological safety. The purpose of this research is construct the psychological safety education manual content for middle school students’ which has the characteristics of pragmatic, systematic, scientific and operability. This research using the method of literature and questionnaire investigation, more than 2000 middle school students were investigated. Through exploratory factor analysis to explore the structure of middle school students’ psychological safety affecting factors. The junior middle school students’ psychological safety affecting factors contains seven factors:negative attitude of classmate’s, negative reaction of Parents, negative events around, reality pressure, family discord, interpersonal difficulties, living environment threat. The senior high school students’ psychological safety affecting factors contains six factors:academic problems, communication problems, parents teacher criticism, the difficult of adaption, self-identity. Using confirmatory factor analysis to verify and confirm the structure eventually.The research finally compiled respectively junior middle school students psychological safety education handbook and senior high school students psychological safety education manuals, and draw the following conclusions: (1) Peer relations problem is associated with the whole secondary school period, and is essential factor which affecting middle school students’ psychological safety; (2) The negative reactions of Parents is the important factors that affect middle school students’psychological safety;(3) Senior high school students to pay more attention to the internal factors which affecting the development of self; (4) The level of junior middle school students’psychological safety is easily affected by surrounding environment, the level of senior high school students psychological safety is less influenced by surrounding environment; (5) The level of junior middle school students psychological safety is more influenced by emergency incident.
