| Self-esteem is an important condition for mind healthy and self-estimate, it is very popular in academic field, there are two system in the self-esteem researches,one is going more wide in this field, such as the correlation between self-estimate and other variables,or the exhibition in different situation of the self-esteem, another is going more deeper in the field, such as the researches of implicit self-esteem, this research is a junction of the two system, the aim is exploit and excavate the researsh field of the self-esteem, so we choose the organization-based implicit self-esteem.There are three parts in the research, the first one is prearrangement.we can use questionnaire to ascertain the words of the IAT for next step, at last, we choose 153 word as the vocabulary,and the top20 of the vocabulary, will use for IAT in the next step.The second part is study 1,the subliminal semantic priming procedure was used to study the mechanism and characteristics of the organization-based implicit self-esteem. The result indieated:the association between self and Positive affective words or attributes or words was stronger than that between self and negative affective words or attributes;implicit self-attitude were positive and could be automatically activated;the function of the organization-based implicit self-esteem was based on the automatic activation and spreading of implicit self-attitude or self-evaluation.The last on is study 2, it is consist of two step, in the frist step,IAT was employed to measure the organization-based implicit self-estee m and the correlation analysis was carried out to explore the structure of the organization-based implicit self-esteem and the organization-based self-esteem. the result showed:the organization-based implicit self-esteem and the organization-based self-esteem, the implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem were different traits and did not correlate with each other, in the second step,we discuss the force of the different self-esteem to the behaivor and attitude of the employee. then, we found the organization-based implicit self-esteem is the best one of all the self-esteem. |
