Self consistency and congruence,the unity and proximity of real self,ideal self and social self,is that people satisfy with current condition,accept the distance between their object and current status,and the distance between others and themselves.Strengthen the research of staff's self consistency and congruence;improve staff's self consistency and congruence,reduce unharmonious factors' adverse effects on staff health and performance Effective staff training self consistency and congruence;Fully develop one's potential and improve people's lives,work quality and efficiency of the production is of great theoretical and practical significance.Therefore,this study aims to enterprises employees,using access to the literature,survey methods to explore the content and structure of self consistency and congruence for employees, as well as the relationship with population variables and job performance,both of which can be served as theoretical basis for related study about it in future.This study is divided into six parts,The first part briefly describes the background to the study of meaning;Partâ…¡deals with the psychological theories and self consistency and congruence;For the third part of the design of the study,structure,assumptions,procedures,and so on the preparation of the questionnaire detail;Partâ…£is exploratory factor analysis.The result reveals the self consistency and congruence for enterprise employees includes four factors:Flexibility of Self-Consistency, Positive Attitude,Environment Adaptability and Interpersonal Support;The confirmatory factor analysis proves that this model is ideal.5th part analyses the relationship between self consistency and congruence and its related variables by the T test,analysis of variance,regression analysis and other statistical methods. Analysis of variance shows that some population variables have significant effects on self consistency and congruence and on some of its factors.The result of regression analysis shows self consistency and congruence has significant forecasting effect on total and all latitudes of job performance.Sixth part of this study concludes the inadequacies of this paper,as well as makes prospect for future research.
