The Countermeasures Research Of Dalian Cultural Industry Development

Globalization has made knowledge a crucial element in economic growth, and culture-related industry has become the core of the world economy, bringing more benefit to each country. China’s culture-related industry got started fairly later than those western countries, and its share in the global market was comparatively small. The good news is that with the Chinese government’s effort, culture-related industry has got significantly developed.Based on theory of industry and economic growth,literature and data, this paper analyzes Dalian practical situation in the development of cultural industry, and draws on the successful experience of domestic and international cultural industry park, and then propose the idea of the cultural industry park, demonstrates the feasibility of the project and comes up with appropriate countermeasures. In the hope of solving its current problems and developing it into a model park of culture, science, technology, and tourism. Meanwhile, the strategies also aim at building Dalian into a national model park and a model joint cultural industry park in northeast Asia, eventually contributing to more rapid economic growth.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, the sig nificance, the methodologies, and the subject of this paper, together with the technical strategi es. It also summarizes some related international studies from the aspects of concepts, develo pments, and practices.The second chapter deals with the current development of Dalian cultur al industry park. Based on its overall development, the author analyzed the SWOT, further res earches the current situation, spots the present problems, and locates the reasons by researchin g its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential dangers. Chapter three first discusses the theoretical support for the development of Dalian cultural industry park. With thorough analysis of some domestic and abroad successes in developing cultural industry park, the author comes up with a strategic plan from the aspects of industrial structure and spatial distribution, and makes an evaluation on the future benefit of Dalian cultural industry park, and illustrates the feasibility of this project. The forth chapter offers some suggestions for the future problems in order to secure the healthy development of Dalian cultural industry park. The final chapter concludes the entire paper and pictures the future of this strategic plan.
