The Effect Of Organizational Innovation Climate On Organizational Commitment And Organizational Innovation Behavior

Since the 1980's, organizational innovation climate has become the focus of research on industrial psychology and organizational behavior in foreign countries, but the domestic empirical study has just begun. Based on the summary of the previous literature, the author revised organizational innovation climate,employee involvement and organizational commitment questionaires,translated and revised organizational innovation behavior questionaire, then test these questionaires for the reliability and validity and intend to research the effect of organizational innovation climate,employee involvement and organizational commitment and organizational innovation behavior,and whether employee involvement is a mediator between organizational innovation climate and employee involvement and organizational innovation bahavior. The data are gained by survey method from 407 employees from some enterprises in guangdong,jiangxi,jiangsu and shanghai. The results of the study are as follows:(1) Organizational innovation climate is positively related to the organizational commitment and organizational innovation behavior.(2) Organizational innovation climate has remarkable effect on employee involvement.(3) Employee involvement remarkable effect on organizational commitment and organizational innovation bahavior.(4) Employee involvement can partly mediates the relationship between organizational innovation climate and organizational commitment and organizational innovation behavior. (5) Organizational commitment has positive forecast on organizational innovation behavior.(6) The information of demography has remarkable effect on organizational innovation climate, employee involvement, organizational commitment, organizational innovation behavior.
