However, compared with the western developed countrys, our culture industry is still in an initial stage. Especially, creativity lacking has restricted the cultural industry development seriously. In face of this situation, the establishment of creativity mechanism seems especially necessary, but our country's theoretical research is still in blank. Under this situation, this article chooses the cultural industry creativity mechanism to be a research object, and from a longitudinal point, to research establishment and operational mechanism of creativity mechanism.
