Study On The Convergence Of Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry: Mechanism, Path And Mode

As a kind of economic phenomenon, Industry Convergence refers to the industrial boundary occurs inorder to adapt to the industrial growth and shrinkage or disappearance. It is produced by the innovation anddiffusion of information technology and Internet technology, and it has become an important topic in thenew economic era. At present, Industry Convergence has become the trend of the global economy, and it isreshaping the structure and industrial boundary. Industry Convergence is becoming more and moreimportant in the development of industrial economy presently.The trend is more and more obvious, and ithas a far-reaching influence on world economy, society and social life and etc.At present, the development of tourism industry in China has presented new characteristics of tourismdemand and bottleneck problems of tourism development.A new trend of development of fusion has beenoccurred in industrial development. The fusion phenomenon of cultural industry and tourism industry inChina has been emerged as the times require in this background and trend. Cultural industry and tourismindustry belong to the same tertiary industry, they both play an important role in national economy. As acomprehensive industry, the two have high relevancy and strong features, so the two couples with naturally.This is the basis for the development of the fusion of the two industries.By the end of2009, the State Council "views on accelerating the development of tourism" regards theculture industry and tourism industry convergence development as an important direction of developmentof future tourism. This is the first time for tourism industry to be promoted to the national strategic levelintegration. Kaifeng is one of the eight ancient capitals of China, it’s famous for a long history and culture,and its tourism resources are in rich. Kaifeng is an important node in Henan "tourism online gold line". On2011February, Kaifeng song the ancient city of cultural industry park was promoted to become the thirdbatch of national culture industry demonstration base, which indicates that the development of culturaltourism in Kaifeng has received national attention.Therefore it is the culture industry and tourism industryconvergence of Kaifeng that has important theoretical value and practical significance in the context of thisstudy.In order to do a research on cultural industry and tourism industry convergence development, the issue takes the system theory, the innovation theory and industry chain for theory, uses literature analysis method,system analysis method, combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and empirical researchmethod. It’s purpose is to enrich the cultural tourism industry integration in theory, and promote theintegrated development of Kaifeng cultural tourism industry in practice. According to the following way:firstly, the issue takes the industrial convergence theory as the breakthrough point, does a domestic andforeign research on industry on convergence, tourism industry convergence and cultural industry andtourism industry convergence. The issue evaluates the status of domestic and foreign and clarifies researchideas through the research review of research; secondly, the issue clears the theoretical basis of the researchand makes accurate the definition of related concepts; thirdly, the issue explores and analyzes themechanism, path and mode of cultural industry and tourism industry convergence development, andestablishes the theoretical research framework of cultural industry and tourism industry convergence;finally, the issue takes Kaifeng for an example, makes the empirical research on Kaifeng cultural industryand tourism industry convergence.By using the method of system analysis, this paper conducts a qualitative and quantitative study on theconvergence of cultural industry and tourism industry, and draws the following conclusions:Firstly, there exists a interaction between culture industry and tourism industry convergence and thusthe formation of effect analysis, namely the cultural industry to the tourism industry in penetration andpromotion effect, and tourism industry to cultural industry in the existence of cause and effect of theproliferation;Secondly, there exists a dynamic mechanism between the elements of mechanism of cultural industryand tourism industry convergence, this paper takes "drive" and "ideas of consumption driven", analyzes ofthe logical relationship between elements of mechanism to build the dynamic mechanism of culturalindustry and tourism industry convergence from the "driving force" and "external driving force" from twoangle;Thirdly, different cultural industry and tourism industry integration phase leads to the difference ofcultural industry and tourism industry convergence paths, namely the step analysis and path choice ofcultural industry and tourism industry convergence is formed;Lastly, based on the empirical research, the ancient city of cultural industry park of Kaifeng song is promoted to become the national parks of cultural industry, this paper proposes a mode of communitytourism integration of Kaifeng to realize the development of culture industry and tourism industryconvergence, and conducts in-depth research on the mode, and makes a comprehensive analysis of thespecific way to realize the integration of the model of community tourism the cultural industry park,namely, acting mode, cultural tourism, cultural tourism festival venues mode of creative leisure patterns,creative tourism spatial pattern, commercial pattern, creative tourism around the Park leisure and tourismgroup drive mode. Finally, the issue puts forward some specific countermeasures to promote thedevelopment of Kaifeng cultural tourism industry integration,from the government (security system),enterprise (supply and demand system), market (power system), technology (technology system) the fouraspects.
