From the angle of cognitive psychology and humanistic psychology which combined with the psychological definition and communication definition of communication strategies, based on Faerch & Kasper's psychology classification framework, we made an quantitative research and qualitative analysis to study the intermediate Korean students' oral communication strategies of overall use, classification use and its impact factors, which involved with the learner's introspective investigation, empirical investigation and researcher's introspective investigation.First, we restrict the research subjects, that is, the intermediate Korean students of the same mother tongue and cultural background, is no longer a general foreign students. We found that the communication strategies are widely used in oral language of the intermediate Korean students. But consistency and difference are existed in the frequency using. Of the Consistency , it mainly displays as the using of seven high-frequency strategies, three low-frequency strategies and cooperative strategies. Of the difference , it mainly displays as the using of reduction strategies and L1—based strategies, particularly the imbalance use of seven L2—based strategies. Second, around the gender, personality, age and motivation, a individual difference research aimed at analyzing these factors and the degree of using of Chinese oral communication strategies was established. we found that those intermediate Korean students show individual differences in terms of gender, personality and age, namely: the overall and average use of oral communication strategies for female is higher then the men, and even more prominent than men in consistency; it is more concentrated for out-ward learner to use the communication strategies while the inward-looking character is lower; university students and non-college students, there is an obvious inconsistency mainly in the frequency of using direct inquiring, directly for help, using each other's mother tongue, their favorite topic. Based on it, we analyze the results of communication strategies training and carried out a bold attempt, that is, specific it to the intermediate Korean students' classroom training. The results show that, although the tends to communicative strategies is of varying degrees, the vast majority of them shows interesting in the content of communication strategies, they believe that the communication strategies are so important that improve their awareness of strategies and promote their oral language. In the practice of teaching Korea oral Chinese, the communication strategies play an important role.
