Career maturity means the individual to master goals of the stage of career development. The level of career development as an important evaluation index for individual career development psychology plays an important role. College students are in the exploration of career development period, it is about to enter the career field. They need to make career decision-making of their own career development stage accordingly, and to achieve career goals to carry out various preparations. The preparation of scientific and effective college career maturity and its measurement scale, contribute to understand the career psychological development of college students objectively, targeted career guide its planning for the college students of good quality vocational psychology provide the basis for the training.The revision of college students' career maturity questionnaire (Zheng Haiyan, 2006) designs to make it more structured higher reliability and validity of measurement tools and provides an effective tool for the scientific measurement of college students' career maturity. Based on the previous research of home and abroad as well as the results of the open questionnaire surveys, depth interviews and the discussion of the study group, then through analysis of the original questionnaire carefully, further revises the career maturity model which is applicable to the Chinese college students. After revising it several times accordingly, and use exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, on the revision of reliability and validity, the final structure model of the revised questionnaire is determined. As a measuring tool, the study investigates nine provinces and cities across the country, which is included 2670 college students, to reveal the developmental characteristics of career maturity of the Chinese college students firstly.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) The second-order factor of college students' career maturity consists of decision-making knowledge and attitude, and Zheng HaiYan etc (2006) are basically the same structure. The difference is that the flexibility of the original structure is replaced by the reality of the study.(2) After revision career maturity questionnaire of the Zheng Haiyan (2006), the questionnaire of this study has a higher reliability and validity than the original, whichcan serve as a measuring tool.(3) The development level of the Chinese college student career maturity is only in the middle to upper level, which is more than the original questionnaire scores.(4) Career maturity of college students in the school style, whether part-time work, family residence and whether the one-child of the four factors do not exist difference.(5) The difference between grades of college students' career maturity is significantly, showing a four-year "U"-type developmental trend, in which t senior is the highest, sophomore is minimum.(6) The difference between professionals of college students' career maturity is significantly. Its overall level of development from low to high as follows: Art sports < Sciences < Agronomy < Arts < Medicine < Engineering.(7) There is significant difference in the development of the college students' career maturity on different levels of father's education. Specific performance in the following: primary < university < secondary < primary below < master and above.(8) The development level of college students' career maturity is extremely significant difference in the gender that male college students' career maturity is superior to undergraduates' clearly.(9) There is extremely significant difference in the development of college students' career maturity in which whether the college student is student leaders or not, and student leaders are superior to non-leaders.(10) There is extremely significant difference in the development of the college students' career maturity whether the college students participate in the school community or not, the specific performance in the following: not participation < participate but do not organize activities of it < participation and organizations.(11) There is extremely significant difference in the development of the college students' career maturity on different levels of mother's education, specific performance in the following: primary < primary below
