After the Anti-Japanese War breaking out,there were very serious homeless children questions.It was very urgent to deliver them to the safe Rear Area,teach and breed them at the safe Rear Area became the critical work.Under such a background, The work of breeding and teaching refugee children in Rear Area during the Anti-Japanese War Period had started.In this article,we explore the situation of breeding and teaching refugee children in Rear Area during the Anti-Japanese War Period.We consulted many newspapers and magazines and related literatures in the Anti-Japanese War Period and reviewed the parenting policies and behavior of the Nationalist Government and the community.We hope everyone could realize this problem entirely.We also hope can learn from this paper and made the policy of the breeding and teaching children more consummate in today.There are 4 parts of this paper except the introduction and the conclusion:Part 1,I promulgated the large-scale emergence of refugee children and because of this,the government and citizens worked together to rescue refugee children;I explained all the things about the breeding and teaching of refugee children,include the policy,the organization and the people in part 2,So we can learn from it more clearly;In part 3,I explained the main content of breeding and teaching clearly,In order to make readers to understand that,I expatiated it from many aspects;The last part,I reviewed the achievement of breeding and teaching refugee children in Rear Area during the Anti-Japanese War Period.I concluded that in order to supply the developing of Child welfare in today.
