As the physical carrier for inheriting and disseminating knowledge,the teaching material is the powerful foundation for the advancement and development of human society from the moment it acts on education.The middle school history textbook is an essential book applied to history education in middle schools,and it is also one of the important ways for school-age students to learn historical knowledge,construct historical frameworks,and cultivate historical thinking.The content of this paper is the history textbook of middle school during the period of the Anti-Japanese War.From the advent of history textbooks with modern significance in the late Qing Dynasty to the first time in the early years of the Republic of China,it distinguishes between high school and junior high school history textbooks.Historical textbooks in the rear of the Great War in the period of the War of Resistance gained considerable development on the basis of inheriting past experience.There are many textbooks on history in middle schools during this period.Therefore,this paper selects the main textbook for the history of secondary schools,which is a representative high school history textbook published in the rear of the War of Resistance against Japan,and analyzes the background,content,characteristics of textbooks,and influencing factors.,and combined with the same period of the history of secondary school textbooks for comparative study,and finally summed up to enhance the history of the development of the history textbooks in the rear high school during the Anti-Japanese War.In the period of the War of Resistance,major changes took place in the social,economic,political,and cultural fields.Changes in the social situation,the dissemination of new historiography ideas and educational ideas,strict editorial systems,the status of wartime publishing industry development,and even teaching materials The editors had direct or indirect influence on the history textbooks for middle schools during this period.Therefore,in this period,the middle school history textbooks in therear are showing different characteristics from past textbooks in both structure and content.In the structure of textbooks,the middle school history textbooks in this period use numerous graphs,tables,and data,set key points for questions,and distinguish teaching methods such as fonts and font sizes.In the content of the teaching materials,the use of historical studies and archaeological studies to support the evidence,the use of chronological and thematic model to tell the system,especially in the compilation of foreign history,get rid of the traditional perspective of Europe as the center.During this period,the change and innovation of middle school history textbooks promoted the compilation of the history textbooks of modern high schools and promoted the rapid development of middle school history textbooks.It is precisely because of the above changes and innovations that the high school history textbooks in the rear of the Anti-Japanese War have displayed the advantages of responding to the call for resistance,highlighting nationalism,and composing scientific styles.At the same time,they are subject to the concept of subject and object,and the teaching materials of this period also have strong political parties.The language is difficult and the teaching materials are more difficult.In general,our country's middle school history textbooks started in modern times and developed so far.Among them,the middle school history textbooks in the rear area during the Anti-Japanese War played an important role in linking up with others.Whether it was the advantages or limitations of the middle school history textbooks in this period,they were all to the later generations.The compilation and development of teaching materials are of important reference significance.
