The Creative Supporting Model Of Korean Cultural Industry

With today's limited resources and the growing emphasis on environmental protection, the production pattern is unsustainable at the cost of the huge consumption of resources and pollution of the environment. And the cultural industry, as a new industry, is advocated by many countries, because of its green production and high added value and other characteristics. Our country has also recognized this. We have issued a series of industrial development planning and policy measures, trying to develop the cultural industry. However, the concern of the cultural industry in China is still relatively a short time. It is in the initial stage of development. We have to imitate those forerunners. In view of that China and Korea will each tend to push the development of cultural industry by the government and Korea's achievements in the field; its industrial development policy established and implemented has become the focus of Chinese scholars. However, many policies are studied separately. There are fewer studies on the overall policies, which cannot form a real reference.Therefore, this study combined with Korea's national conditions, to make comprehensive survey of the environmental factors of the creative support model of Korean culture industry. The second is to analyze and conclude the creative support policies of Korean culture industry, and to find out the core elements according to the law of development of cultural industries. On the basis of that, to analyze the support policies of the elements, mechanism of action and operating environment of the policy model in development of cultural industry of Korea, to obtain things useful for the development of Chinese cultural industry.In this paper, I took the literature synthesis. Through reading and analyzing of existing literature, I tried to understand the environmental factors of creative support model of Korean culture industry. On the basis of that, I analyzed background elements, generation and protection mechanism of creative support policy of Korean culture industry. This paper also adopted a comparative analysis, making comparative analysis of China and Korea, to find out what creative support model of the cultural industry of Korea has that China can learn from. The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the environmental factor of creative support model of the Korean cultural industry, analyzed the Korean economic, political, cultural and educational environment, to make a basis for further study. For a long time, Korea's economy is led by the state, controlled by the plutocrat, with high dependence on foreign trade, taking unbalanced development strategy, with politically influential authoritarian politics, and influenced by U.S. and Christian in politics and a strong sense of civil society; in culture, with both "mixed "Features, with a strong" hate "the spirit of cultural and physical soil Fuji; in education, attaches great importance to the Government and civil society, the national education level is high.The second part is the basis of creative support model for Korean culture industry. The role of creative in the cultural industry is discussed. The creative content is discriminated. The central role of creative in culture industry is analyzed. The characteristics of Korean innovation are summarized.The third part is policy background of creative support model for Korean culture industry. The reason for development of cultural industry of Korea, and development process of Korean culture industry support policy, is discussed. Supports for Korea to support creative cultural industries are classified order, and its policy features are summarized.The fourth part summarizes the Korean cultural industry creative support model, divided into training policies to support creative talent, creative environment to create a policy to support, the two subsystems. The fifth part is the information of Korean model of development of cultural industry for China's reference.This paper analyzes the arguments, to extract the creative support model of Korean cultural industry, and make a chart for that. It analyzed the creative support of Korean cultural industry can be applied to China or not, and the Enlightenment for China, based on basic conditions of our country, to provide reference information for the development of Chinese cultural industry.
