In recent years, when China has made vigorous efforts to develop culture industry,cultural and creative industries will gradually become pillar industries in big cities inChina. It is realized that cultural and creative industrial zones play an important rolein economic transformation of cities, so cultural and creative industrial zones havebeen the first choice for many cities to develop culture industry. In order to meet thedemand of development of culture industry, cultural and creative industrial zones areplanned and constructed in big cities. As the cultural and creative industries gatheringplace, cultural and creative industrial zone takes creative production as its mainactivity and plays a certain exemplary role, with a clear guide line, a complete basicfacilities, a public service platform, and a relatively integrate industrial chain.Because cultural and creative industry in our country is still in preliminarydevelopment and there are various limitations, assimilation of industrial structureappears in the construction and development of cultural and creative industrial zones,for example, gathering places are not taken full advantages of, service platform is notperfect, professional creative talents are not enough, industrial chain is not integrate,etc.In this thesis, relative theory and connotation, characteristics and relevant content ofcultural and creative industrial zones will be introduced or stated, based on thecollection of lots of related materials. The problems that may occur in the constructionof cultural and creative industrial zones will be proposed through the statement of thewhole present situation of construction of cultural and creative industrial zones.According to the practical situation, an overall plan of the construction of cultural andcreative industrial zones will be made, aim and principle of the construction ofcultural and creative industrial zones will be stated, and a plan of the construction ofcultural and creative industrial zones will be made from the aspect of site selection,location, and construction of infrastructure. Combined with the actual case of TianjinLing Ao cultural and creative industrial zone, location and characteristics will be cleared. Combined with the situation of the construction of the zone, the mainadvantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges will be proposed by SWOTanalysis method. Some effective suggestions will be given to promote theconstruction and development of cultural and creative industrial zones. It is hoped thatthe researches in this thesis can have some practical directive function on theconstruction of cultural and creative industrial zones and make some contribution tothe promotion of the development of cultural and creative industrial zones and growthof national economy.
