Accomplish in the world what founded by high-grade reason living things human being collective life aggregate human society getting up most,that the person develops law is after all how?Be complete arbitrarily allow the destiny arrangement to be still in the unseen world in leading factor woollen cloth having one kind of the strength being unable to see but absent nowhere?The first part of this text illustrates the montesquieu historical,political environment,and in this particular environment for his country and people's destiny.As a great thinker, humanism through human reason that montesquieu are able to find,understand and grasp the country prosperous,all the inevitability of each factor,these factors are we in this world,as long as the inevitability of running through a certain way to secure its down,can achieve the welfare of the whole mankind.So,in the second part,the Roman society established montesquieu model,this highly refined and abstraction of Rome is his research work.Here,he found a common sense that Roman or the human society developed the necessity,and these rules is a splendid achievements in ancient Rome and rare common people "good" way of life.While the latter is more concerned about montesquieu.He expounded the necessity of the detailed rules,and sums up the law and custom is good to the prosperity of Rome.The third part from the Angle that,contrary to the inevitability and the law,people began to get the right protection and way of life of corruption,Rome slowly down the decline gradually.Montesquieu through the model for the Roman society,established their own unique careful observation system of ideology,the system of the mission is to achieve the ultimate one's own true liberation and overall good.This system is great,and the process of establishing itself also deserves serious analysis,this is my purpose of study.
