The life adjustment question contains the behavior puzzle question or the question behavior of the individual and the environment arising from the interaction. To the vocational college students being in the study and growing the ability, having a good ability to adapt to university life are related to the smooth and successful and the near future to continue to develop in society an important factor.The current study shows that there is a large portion of students life adjustment problem, how to improve this part of the lives of students adaptive level, higher vocational education are the current urgent problems. The group guidance has already have nearly a hundred years' history in the western developed countries and it was applied in the school teaching in the early time to improve student's psychological quality. In recent years, our advanced institutions have already fully realized the importance of the group guidance to the students, gradually applyed it in the other aspects of school education. This article lived take the association group guidance theory as the foundation to the quality has carried on the life adjustment intervention, and designed the plan of group guidance which enhanced the quality to life adjustment.In this paper, Zaozhuang Technology Vocational College students are the research object, 38 students have been selected from the 82 volunteers, randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The design of ante-post, experimental-control group has been conducted. Subjects of the experimental group received 8 2-hour consistent group interventions, once a week; while control group received no intervention. The result of the intervention has been assessed, both qualitatively and quantitatively, through measurement, process study, and the feedbacks of the group members. Results showed as follows:(1) The experimental group's total scores, as well as the scores of the 7 dimensions-self- evaluation, learn adaptability,interpersonal adaptability, role adaptability, career choices adaptability, adaptive self-care, the environment's overall identity and physical and psychological symptoms have been extremely elevated (p≤0.05).(2) Control group students at the CSAI Scale pre-test, post-test the non-existence of significant differences in the lives of the control group students did not adaptive over time improve on life adjustment because the passage of time will not be eased further that he would seek to improve the lives of students must adapt to a variety of effective means of intervention.(3) Experimental group students in the group guidance on the rating scale scores are positive and significant increases, description, group guidance after the experimental group students on all the items are at very significant changes.(4) Experimental group and control group pre-test no significant difference, post-test there is significant difference. The results showed that group guidance to improve the vocational college students'life adjustment have a positive impact on the level, the effect of significantly.
