Twenty-first century is a revolutionary century of Chinese. In this century, china has a fundamental change. The May 4th and new Culture Movement is one of an important aspect. It has not only brought changes in political pattern, the liberation of thought, but also has brought the huge progress in literature and education.Zhu Ziqing is a famous "poet,Prose Writer,Classical literature researcher" since "May 4th". As an poet and essayist, Zhu Ziqing has made tremendous contributions to Chinese modern literature, he has done much pioneering work. As a scholar and professor , Zhu Ziqing has deep knowledge and professional in the field of classical literature,Chinese education,linguistics,theory of literature or art and aesthetic. As an democracy fighters, Zhu Ziqing from the youth time, he has been pursuing the light and truth all the time. He sings highly of it and is dedicated to it. More importantly he is also a "teacher", an excellent educator who is working laboriously for literature and education career of the people of motherland.This thesis is consist of four parts to explain . As an educator, Zhu Ziqing believes that educators should have educational beliefs. The first part mainly concerns about the meaning of Zhu Ziqing's education idea , in his education idea, the love to education, the belief to education, as well as how to cultivate the students; The second part is the origination of Zhu Ziqing's education idea, including Chinese traditional culture as well as the May 4th and New Culture Movement have influence on Zhu ziqing, pursuing his educational philosophy from this; the third part of thesis is zhu Ziqing's life attitude and educational idea , which reflects the current education, looking for the spiritual home for current education ;the last part which is zhuziqing's personality how to embodied in his life world, which focus on the analysis of practice. Including his friendship with friends, his Interaction with students , how to teach and conduct himself; .
