| The formation and development of personality as the core part in the process of individual development,has received extensive attention of the researchers.The childhood is the key period of personality formation and development,discussing the formation and development of childhood personality will play an important role for parents and teachers' education work.To discuss effect factors on children's personality development has always been an important topic of the domestic and foreign researchers.As the most important social environment of a child's first birth and early growth,family plays an important role in children's personality development.The purpose of this paper is discussing how to promote the development of children's personality,by the way of researching their parents' education values,parenting and children's temperament.There are 553 children whose age is 3~6 years old comes from three gardens of Dalian and examined using questionnaires on parental educational values,parenting style,temperament and personality which were completed by children's parents and teachers.This study establishes a moderated mediator model to reveal the personality's influence mechanism of early childhood.The results are as follows:(1)parental educational values could predict children's personality development,such as relationships of parental educational values predicted intelligent features,self-control and pro-social natures of personality on children,good behavior of parental educational values predicted emotional stability of personality on children.(2)Parenting style(inconsistency)could mediate between parental educational values(relationships)and children's personality(Intelligent features),and this mediating effect was moderated by temperamental emotionality.(3)Parenting style(overindulgence)could mediate between parental educational values(good behavior)and children's personality(emotional stability),and this mediating effect was moderated by temperamental reaction. |
