Personality has long been an important proposition of interest to people. This dissertation analyses the crisis of personality and its outlet. I think the future trend of personality is aesthetic. In other words, aesthetic personality is certainly the selection of personality construction.Aesthetic personality is a kind of personality in the aesthetics sense, it is the demeanor and style of people. In the concrete, it means people's mental outlooks have aesthetic characteristics and reach an aesthetic state. It shows some essential features, such as harmonization, individualism, freedom, transcendence, creativity and so on. Aesthetic personality has inherent unity and balance among all kinds of spiritual properties. It has unique spiritual characteristic that differentiates one from the others. Freedom, the important feature of Aesthetic personality, undergoes less tie and depress. This kind of personality can transcend realistic and material benefits. Creativity, its distinct feature, is to create constantly and strive for new forever. Aesthetic personality is both a classification and a level of personality. Compared horizontally, there is relation as well as marked differentiation among intellectual, moral and aesthetic personalities. Their relation is that aesthetic personality includes the reasonable factors in intellectual and moral personality, and their main differentiations represent that the aesthetic personality transcend intellectual and moral personality. It contains and consolidate intellectual and moral personality on a higher level. This kind of personality is sublimation of intellectual personality and moral personality. Compared longitudinally, aesthetic personality is better than healthy personality, but it is not purely ideal personality, it is not only ideal but real. So, aesthetic personality is actually a kind of ideal personality that is based on reality or a kind of real personality that is constructed on the basis of ideal. Aesthetic personality is not still, but changes and develops constantly, and its development is gradual and lifelong.The construction of aesthetic personality is a systematic project, it involves school education as well as other social factors. Of course, it also involves the efforts of the individual. The focus of this dissertation is to discus the influence of school education on the construction of aesthetic personality, I think school education will lay a foundation for the development of aesthetic personality, and establish a most basic standard for its development.But school education nowadays is not favorable for the construction of aesthetic personality. The tendencies of rationalism, stereotype, compulsion, utilitarianism, and mechanicalism that exist in education have become a handicap for the construction of aesthetic personality. Rationalistic education leads to one-sided development of personality. Stereotyped education inhibits the growth of individual. Compulsory education denies the people's nature of freedom. Utilitarian education makes one lose transcendency. Mechanical education strangles one's creativity. Directing against the disadvantages of school education, this article raises systematic educational tactics, including harmonious education, education of individualism, free education, transcendental education and creative education. I think only such education can advance the development of aesthetic personality.
