Study On Job-hunting Mental Pressure And Building Social Support System Of Female College Students

From the visual angle of public human resource management, this text combines human resource management, management psychology and educational theory to research the current situations of university female Students'mental pressure of job-hunting. Use such methods as the analysis of documents, structured specific interview, open questionnaire investigation, closed questionnaire investigation etc, based on positive research to develop the scale of students'mental pressure of job-hunting , get to know the female students'mental pressure of job-hunting and social support ,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures on releasing female students'mental pressure, and build the social support system for releasing female students'mental pressure.The results of positive research show:①five factors cause the job-hunting mental pressure ,including competition pressure, the high expectation on job-hunting pressure, helpless during the job-hunting pressure, the supply and demand imbalance of major pressure, and comprehensive quality pressure.②The students'overall degree of job-hunting mental pressure is not very high, it reaches a ordinary level. The female students'job-hunting mental pressure is higher than the male students.③We set the female students into different types according to their independent variable. The research result tells us there are differences in female students'job-hunting mental pressure for different types of students. Partially, the difference is remarkable on some factors.④Social support can devised into subjective support, objective support, and making use of support.⑤Compared with male students, female students'social support are lower than the male students. The research result tells us there are differences in female students'social support for different types of students. Partially, the difference is remarkable on some factors.⑥There exist extremely remarkable correlation among Job-hunting mental pressure and social support.⑦According to the measurements that bring forward by the under proof, combined with the analysis of female students'job-hunting mental pressure and social support situation, we try to build the social support system to release the female students'job-hunting mental pressure from four ways: The government, student itself, university and society.
