During the 17th congress, they point out that: we should strengthen the digging and protection of culture of different races, regard the protection of cultural relic and non-material inheritance, make the cultural monograph classified. We also should make more communications with foreign countries, absorb their excellent cultural production, strengthen the global effect of our culture.Now, many productions of the Chinese non-material inheritance are basic investigations, but to the character of multi-forms of non-material inheritance, individual investigation also is significative. The technic to produce Liangping bamboo curtain is very special, its development and inheriting are also special. This thesis take Liangping bamboo curtain as object, through field investigation, analyze the situation and the development of this non-material inheritance, this investigation gives both academic and technical support to the continuous development of this inheritance. This thesis can be consulted by some related branches, and also can be consulted to the protection and development of other non-material inheritances.This investigation mainly through the eyes of fine arts, and it also combines arts, folklore , marketing , sociology , consumer psychology. Through the field investigation, we collected a first hand materials of this non-material inheritance. We recorded the history, sorts, technic process and development of it systematically, and point out that single development and the lack of modern element is the main cause of its problem. Later, with this problem, we agree that we should build up scientific and systematic view of development, and should think more about the protection of Liangping bamboo curtain through government and society.Then, we oriented the protective development and problems in designment, it have environment-protective, cultural and economic value to develop Liangping bamboo curtain. As the problems in Chinese non-material inheritances such as propagandism and social consensus, combine the situation nowadays, we discussed the obverse effect of internet media, and also discussed the protection of inheritor more deeply related with the logion that'giving the priority to people''making overall plans and take all factors into consideration'. Last, we gave our suggestions and expectation to the systematic development of Liangping bamboo curtain through the way of reasonable layout of the natural sources.
