In recent years, China’s intangible cultural heritage protection has made remarkableachievements, released by UNESCO’s166Human Intangible Cultural Heritage List,China ranks first in the total number of26. Intangible cultural heritage as an importantcontent of the fine traditional Chinese culture and heritage of the "live", increasingly byall levels of government and public attention to the protection of intangible culturalheritage has become the cultural consciousness of the general public. Urban and ruraldevelopment and urbanization, protection and development of the intangible culturalheritage is facing unprecedented challenges. They have been named the country as ‘thehometown of bamboo art’. It generated within the county drainage Town Center Strip,the birth of time can be traced back to2300years ago. Ancient Cong prepared withbamboo instruments of labor and living utensils. To the Tang Dynasty, Qu countybamboo industry has developed, living in bamboo room, sitting bamboo chair, carryingbamboo basket, wearing bamboo rain clothes, holding bamboo fan, life can not go onwithout bamboo. Until Qing Dynasty, Qu county’s bamboo aulic fan and thin stripsbamboo summer sleeping mat were very famous, which were the favorite collection tothe high officials and noble lords.
