Two-dimensional,three-dimensional morphoses are two important teaching contents in the basic design teaching chain,which are not only independent but also connected.The present teaching model of making the two independent and separate may cause the originally coherent design thinking and behavior to a ridge by a fault.In this paper,the author,according to the vertical,horizontal linkages and logic relationship of the two-dimensional,three-dimensional morphoses,taking the cognitive ability of first-year undergraduate students in Art and Design major as researching objective,explored and researched chainlike teaching ideas and methods of opened bold clock concept,integrated learning,connected wide into the thick of the chain on how to break difference of the two in basic teaching.The research aims to further promote the depth and breadth of instruction of basic design teaching and learning and provide new methods and possibilities to cultivate students with multi-dimensional observation,understanding and ability to show images of things.
