Through the comparison and study of the characteristics of the radioactive three-dimensional teaching of Harvard University, combined with the situation of China, the essay focuses on the specialty of radioactive teaching method and multilevel multi-direction of three-dimensional teaching mechanism, puts forward application of the mode in three aspects-teaching content, teaching form and teaching evaluation, highlights the advantages of the teaching mode in middle school English teaching, illustrates the effectiveness of the radioactive three-dimensional teaching method, and investigates from two aspects: construction and implementation. Meanwhile, taking middle school English class as an example, this paper illustrates how to develop the special mode in reading, vocabulary and passages. Moreover, it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the special mode application so as to better make use of it in our class. Middle school English teaching is an important part of teaching foundation. It is a teaching system which contains language knowledge and skills, learning strategies and intercultural communication. It is a collection of various teaching means and patterns as a whole.
