Study Of Sketch Teaching In Industrial Design Of Engineering

In the field of China education, the specialty of industrial design has developed for more than twenty years. Since reform & opening, market economy is developing at very fast speed and increasing continually to the demand of innovation workforce in industrial design. At the present time, some teaching questions on plastic basic of art course-sketch have been focuses what basic course teachers of the specialty have been concerned about, such as teaching method, teaching conception, teaching content and etc.The thesis has analyzed teaching intention, teaching conception and teaching object of sketch course and expatiated on the importance of sketch teaching reform in the industrial design of engineering. On the base of the characteristic of the industrial design of engineering academy and particularity of students, the thesis put forward some advice of improving sketch all-around level of engineering students. Firstly, the traditional sketch teaching mode can't gradually be adapted to great trust of age, need renovate the traditional teaching conception as soon as possible and reform teaching method and teaching content. Secondly, painting foundation of engineering students is no better than zero. In the face of the questions, except of combining the characteristic of the specialty, engineering academy should not only train shape capability, innovation capability and art tasting of students in the specialty of industrial design; but also get rid of the bondage of traditional teaching mode on sketch course. At present, it is urgent to sketch teaching reform in industrial design of engineering academy. Finally, combining practice of sketch teaching, penman thinks that training subject matter should be adjusted in sketch teaching in the industrial design of engineering and the training of four concepts should be reinforced, such as whole concept, line concept, perspective concept and proportion concept. Simultaneity training of sketch skill and innovation capability should be improving, be put in more hours and make students having a more specific direction. This is not only a good matting to learn specialty course, but also a strong foundation to practice.
