The History And Reflection Of Chinese National Opera

Opera is a dazzling pearl in the treasure-house of Chinese culture as well as that of the world.It is the comprehensive art that synthetize music,drama,dance,the stage art and so on.Normally opera means a form of art,which originated in the end of the sixteenth century's Italy,then through countries around Europe.The early 20^th century, opera was introduced into China and now forms a Chinese school,after the improvement and creation by generations of musicians.As a result of the deep influence on chinese national opera from chinese traditional cuture and folk music,it can be clearly distinguished from European opera with its characteristic of Chinese nation.In this text,let's review the national development of opera in China.Through extensive collection of materials and information relate to Chinese national opera;use the methods of comparisom and analysis to summarize some main works of Chinese national opera and its characteristics during different period;analyze part of the works; reflect the current development of national opera.In the end,giving some proposals on how to inherit and develop for national opera in the situation of market economy.
