Research On China's Translation Periodicals Of Russian And Soviet Literature In The New Era

Changes of media are good windows for literature exchanges which are fall back on the media to study the evolution process of the literary reception, and when we concerned about the literary exchanges between the two countries not only from the view of pure text but also the latent structure, it is not difficult to found that the translation periodical is an important element to construct the history of literature exchanges with richness and complexity.Almost a century, the translation periodicals which have their respective personalities and characteristics had reflected the dynamic information of literary exchanges between China and Russia the most quickly; they had played an important role in research of the Russia cultural and literature as a bridge, the significance of the existence of these periodicals are so important that they can't be ignored, but there have no articles expatiate on them in a comprehensive way, so it is a meaningful work to do some explore in this aspect.The thesis includes the following aspects:The introduction introduces the subject and argument of this article, and it takes a brief review on those translation periodicals before reform in China. Mainly including: introduce situation of China's first translation periodical "Soviet Literature", and two internal circulation periodicals "Soviet Literature", "Su Xiu Literature" during the Cultural Revolution. The studies focus on analysing the characteristic features of the periodicals, and emphasize the age factors specially. Finally, there derives a conclusion that because of the particular age, periodicals are affected by lots of elements, especially the subjective factors of the editors, it reflects a more pronounced political orientation and utilitarian form of the acceptance in a more specific mechanism.Chapter I to Chapter III are concerned on the five translation periodicals of Russian and Soviet Literature in the Reform and Opening-up, periodicals during this period has a larger quantities, they had undergone a complex evolution and differentiation of polymerization, so the article falls into three sections: Boom Period (1979-1989) , Transition (1990-1996), and Adjustment Period (1997-2007).The article will focus on expounding the changes in the New Era, which contains special attention to the selection, changes in vision and strategies. Finally, analyzing the new characteristics as reflected in these periodicals, and consider some theoretical issues related.
