| objective: Investigate the current statue of mental health problems and suicidal attitude, the suicicdai ideation and find out the relationship of correlative factors of middle school students in lanzhou city, analysis it's epidemiologic character and explore the influencing factors of suicidal attitude of middle school. The research can provide the theoretic in formation for integrate intervention.Methods: The study apply the investigate sample with multi-stage sampling. Across-sectional study was conducted in this research and Middle School Student Mental Health scale(MSSMHS), Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA)were used to investigate middle school students selected from 2552 of lanzhou middle school. Established data base with the Epidata3.01 sofrware.the results were analyaed by using spss 13.0.Result: The Prevalence of mental health problems of middle school students was 40.91%, The proportion of students holding positive-attitude towards the suicide behavior was 10.93% ,28.45% middle school student suicide occurred ,in wllich 23.75% of subjects had suicidal ideation. From the Logistic regression analysis, sex , hating study, dumps, angst are all influencing factor.Conclusion: The more students holding Positive-atitude Towards suicide behavior and mental health problems of lanzhou middle school students. The suicide behavior and the suicide attitude of middle school students can not be neglected. There are much fewer boy students than girl students , high-school student more than junior high students. It is necessary to reinforce intervention training so as to reduce the incidence of suicide.
