Alexander Hamilton was the outstanding politician, economist, diplomat in the history of the United States, and he was also one of the most controversial founding fathers in the American history. He has never become the president, but has more impact than those who became president. His brilliant ideas have never gone while he died, and still have the distribution of more glory. As the chief architect of the political system and economic president in the U.S, Hamilton aroused more people's concern in the future. In the exciting history of the United States, Hamilton's life was short but brilliant.At the beginning of the United States, the economic conditions were not good, in order to consolidate the U.S. economy, he took these measures as follow: Fiscal consolidation, the establishment of public credit, the issuance of long-term debt, the establishment of the National Bank, the protection of tariffs, subsidies states (manufacturing), and the encouragement of craftsmen's immigration, setting up a "sinking fund" and encouraging the establishment of "holding body" and so on, it laid a foundation for economic development at the beginning of the United States. It can be said that Hamilton was the capitalist spokesmen in the founding of the United States.Hamilton was also actively involved in the formulation of foreign policy, because his financial policy was in close contact with U.S. foreign policy. He poured a strong spirit of realism into early U.S. diplomacy. He cautioned people of the United States, "There is no fixed friend, there is no fixed enemy. Whenever the??hould firmly put the reality of interest as an important criterion of diplomatic relations. The United States is a so young country that it need time to grow, so we must try our best to avoid getting involved in the conflict in Europe." His thought was clearly expressed by Washington in his farewell address, "It was the ideological basis that formed the isolationist foreign policy in the United States."...
