The Research On The Local Knowledge Of Mongolian Nomadic Economy

"Local knowledge" refers to cultural characteristics with regional knowledge that is product of the concept of change. The native culture and knowledge never entered the textbooks and dictionaries. It has a strong geographical feature and is unique to local people's indigenous knowledge, commonly known as Local Knowledge.70's of the 20th century, Clifford ? Gilds, a well-known American anthropologist, clearly explained the "local knowledge" at the first time, it was also called the Turkish knowledge, local culture, traditional knowledge, community knowledge and so on. In recent years, people are gradually paying close attention to the research of local knowledge. In academic circle, the proposition and structure of local knowledge, its social﹑economic value and ecological value as well as significance of minonity's local knowledge are in hot discussion.The paper based on the perspective of local knowledge explores the local knowledge of Mongolian nomadic economy. Finally, the papers analyses the reasonable part of local knowledge of Mongolian nomadic economy and tells the enlightenment to the comprehensive development in China, and carries out the thinking of situation faced, protection, heritage of local knowledge of Mongolian nomadic economy.The structure of Mongolian local knowledge is extremely complex, but it can adapt to the all natural environment. Mongolian nomadic economy, as an important part of local knowledge of Mongolian nomadic culture, has its inherent laws of existence and development of adaption of the local. From ancient times, Mongolian nomadic people in the thriving area of Mongolian plateau from generation to generation create the bright nomadic civilization that was highly adapted to the local ecological environment and established its own unique ecological wisdom and technical skills system.Respecting and enhancing the study of local knowledge, dialectical treatment of the local knowledge, dumping the dross and absorbing the crystals have great significance to promote the ecologically promotional, economic, social interests and realization of harmony between man and man, man and nature, and man and society. The paper based on the Marxism interprets and explains the historical materials of Mongolian nomadic economy by the basic concepts of Marxism and dialectical analysis, gives the due recognition and status and tries to seek the rational core, especially discovering the valuable aspects of existence and development of Mongolian local knowledge, such as cherishing life, the view of life, ecosystem of keeping the ecosystem balanced, view of value of production based on natural laws, ecological ethics thought and practices. In fact, if only we look at the local knowledge of Mongolian nomadic economy with the sustainably developmental eyesight, it is easy to find the existing rationality and developmental value. Therefore, we should seek truth from facts, dialectically treat the Mongolian nomadic ecology, protect, and develop its distillate. It not only contributes to the promotion of ecological environment in China and comprehensive, coordinated development of economy and society, but also has an important theoretical and practical significance of harmony development between human being and nature.
