The Public Art And The Country Space Development

Although the public art has developed for half a century in the westen world,we just begin it in China recently.Today,China is on the dramatical urbanization progression.We montion it more reapedly and put it in the curriculum of the higher schools.But we have misunderstanding and surficient knowledge about it;we also have the unknown and even no good words toward the nowadays facts about the public art.In this paper, the writer introduces the background knowledge and the source of the public art in the westen world under the review of the art history, describs the concept of the public art.After a general introduction about the China public art, the writer advocats that the country should be in the view of the public art, and it can be one of the method to promote the develepment of the country.Then the writer discusses the public art in the country, the space development of the country,the interference of the country to the public art.At last the writer introduces the conceptual design of the HeXi county's house construction and the concept of community plan from the thoery to the practice.Thus the practical meaning of this paper is ensured.
