Emotional intelligence and leader-member exchange(LMX) is the most popular issues in organizational behavior study recently.Most previous study found that emotional intelligence and LMX is positive related to followers' job outcomes.And most of the LMX study explored how LMX built up through work relevant variables,few studies to explore the effect of emotion, Emotional variable in LMX built up.On the basis of concluding previous research,this study explore the effect of leader and follower emotional intelligence on LMX and followers' job outcomes,meanwhile,explore the effect of LMX on relationship of followers' emotional intelligence and followers' job outcomes through a questionnaire survey.We assume that followers' emotional intelligence is positively related to LMX,followers' job performance, emotional commitment and OCB,leaders' emotional intelligence moderates the relationship between followers' emotional intelligence and LMX,LMX mediates the relationship between followers' emotional intelligence and followers' job performance,emotional commitment and OCB.The data are collected using cross-sources questionnaire survey responses from 140 leader-follower dyads of bank industries.At last,we use multilevel analysis to analyze the data. The major results are described as below:1.Followers' emotional intelligence is positively related to LMX,followers' job performance, emotional commitment and OCB.2.Leaders' emotional intelligence moderates the relationship between followers' emotional intelligence and LMX.3.LMX mediates the relationship between followers' emotional intelligence and followers' emotional commitment and OCB.
