The Study On The Concepts Of Ecological Aesthetics In Xu Zhiping's Prose

The ecological literature, with its emergence and development, is the positive response of literature to the increasingly serious ecological problems and ecological crisis. Focusing on the reflection of the cultural system, ecological literature discusses the causes of the ecological crisis, and provides the evidences to the reconstruction of the ecological culture which will promote the harmonious relationship between our human beings and the nature. As one form of literature, prose is certainly a good manifestation of this concept and trend in literature. The prose writers, in their individual way, also show their concerns about the interaction of human beings and nature. This paper focuses on the study of the prose of Xu Zhiping, which is rich in the concepts of ecological aesthetics.The theme of Xu Zhiping's prose is about the ecological civilization. He discusses the social causes of the ecological crisis, and concerns about the balance of the ecosystem and the harmonious relationship between human and nature. In this modern society, with the rapid development of the science and technology and the modern industry, the ecological crisis has been a serious threat to the survival of mankind."Eco-anxiety", as a theme of the world literature, has gained a lot of attention. The ecological crisis has led to our reflection of the civilization.We analyze the prose of Xu Zhiping in this paper and try to better understand his ideas on ecological aesthetics.There are four parts in this paper:The first part is the introduction of the subject, the significance, the present situation and the methods of our study.The second part is about the definition and the main characteristics of ecological aesthetics.The third part is the brief introduction of the prose of Xu Zhiping.The last part is the analysis and the understanding of the concepts of ecological aesthetics in Xu Zhiping's prose.
