Focusing on the college students'mental health, the paper probes in to the relationship of Interpersonal-trust and Self Consistency and Congruence and Self-disclosure of college students.600 college students were investigated by Self-disclosure Questionnaire and Interpersonal-trust Scale and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale and explored the following problems: (1) The situation and characteristics of Self-disclosure of college students. (2) The situation and characteristics of Interpersonal-trust and Self Consistency and Congruence of college students. (3) Relation analysis of Interpersonal-trust and Self-disclosure.(4) Relation analysis of Self Consistency and Congruence and Self-disclosure. (5) Relation analysis of Interpersonal-trust and Self Consistency and Congruence. (6) Explored influence power and prediction result of Interpersonal-trust and Self Consistency and Congruence two to Self-disclosure. The result of studies as follows:1. There are significant differences between gender and grade in self-disclosure to different targets and different topics.2. Generally speaking, Interpersonal-trust and the Self Consistency and Congruence of college students were normal.3. College students have remarkable differences in the level of self-disclosure and Interpersonal-trust.4. College students have remarkable differences in the level of self-disclosure and Self Consistency and Congruence.5. The score of Interpersonal-trust had remarkable correlation with the total score of Self Consistency and Congruence.6. By regression analyzing, we can drew a conclusion that Interpersonal-trust, Self Consistency and Congruence and Self-disclosure showed remarkable correlation, and the former had an effective predictor to the latter.In the end, the paper put forward some educational advice, analyzed the deficiency and expectation of this reasearch.
