The Formal Research On The Ambiguity Of "V+NIDE+N"

Ambiguity is always a hot issue which the linguists concern about. At the time of the rapid development of technology, the ambiguity problem has become one of the bottlenecks of natural language processing.Scholars have involved in the research on the"V+NIDE(ä½ çš„)+N", but almost no one has been devoted to systematic research on the ambiguity phenomenon. It is neeessary to conduct a systematic research on this question. This will help deepen our understanding of this type of ambiguity.This article generally shows the type of the ambiguous structure, the causes of the ambiguity,and conduct a formal inspection and pragmatic analysis on it.This paper analyzes the causes of " V+NIDE(ä½ çš„)+N " structural ambiguity from the syntactic and semantic plane, mainly researches the various characteristics of "N, V, NI, DE" and the relationship among them. The article classifies the ambiguous structure into two types:The ambiguity caused by different structural relations and level and the ambiguity caused by different semantic relations. The artical focuses on the formal analysis of the ambiguous structure, studies the N'valence and life rank, the V'valence and semantic choice, mainly studies the verbs of"giving", causative verbs, the verbs of the human organs, reversible verbs ,irreversible verbs and the verbs that the degree of reversibility between them, it can help us to learn more about causes of the ambiguity .Then, it studies the ambiguous situation of this structure which constituted by different types of nouns and verbs. Preliminarily find out The collocation of verbs and nouns about the ambiguous structure, it will play a vital role for the natural language processing.The pragmatic analysis mainly researchs the special imperative sentence and oaths that composed by this structure and the structure composed by verb overlapping.It plays an important role to discourse practice in our communication.This article analyzes ambiguity under the guidance of three plane theory and applies Valency Theory of nouns and verbs,the theory of life rank potential to study ambiguity.And this article applies the level analysis,the semantic feature analysis, the contrasting analysis to try to discover the type of the ambiguous structure and gives a detailed discussion to the causes of the ambiguity.
