In this paper, by audio recording and textual recording of the language of children aged 5-6, we set up a children's oral corpus including about 100,000 words. Based on the analysis of children's Real corpus, we make a detailed quantitative analysis and dynamic descriptions of their language, mainly their acquisition and using level of vocabulary, phrases, syntax. And then, we make a classified discussion about the biased errors of their wording, Phraseology and sentence usage, in order to fully study and describe the real situation of 5-6 year-old children' language acquisition and using. The Full text is divided into five chapters:Chapter I: Introduction. We summarize the issues which will be studied in this paper and its significance. Then, introduce the status of related subjects, as well as the focus, difficulty and innovative point in this paper. Finally, we make out the guidance theory and research methods.Chapter II: The establishment of 5-6-year-old children's Spoken Corpus. In this chapter, we outline the selection principle, type and structure of this corpus. Meanwhile, we also introduced the basic situation, process of establishment and Processing.Chapter III: the statistical analysis of 5-6-year-old children's words. At the basis of the analysis of word frequency, we do a data statistics and descriptive analysis on the word types, the number of word entries, the total frequency and average frequency. And then we make a statistics and Classification analysis to the top 50 high-frequency words. In the corpus, accounted for most of the vocabulary, they are not worthless at all, but to some extent a reflection of the growth of children's vocabulary and growth trends.Chapter IV: The study of 5-6-year-old children's syntactic structure. The development of syntactic structures is a important measure of the children's language development level. At first, we make a classification of phrases used commonly by 5-6-year-old children. These phrases refer to: subject-predicate phrases,, modification phrases, verb-object phrases, verb-complement phrases, united phrases and other phrases. Then, based on data statistics, we expound exhaustively and deeply to the status of sentence using, basic and special sentence pattern of simple sentences,,major types of complex sentences. Chapter V: The analysis of 5-6-year-old children's language biased error. In this chapter, in accordance with language biased error appeared in the real audio and text of 5-6-year-old children's corpus, the biased error can be divided into 3 types: Speech errors, vocabulary errors and syntax errors. Among them, syntax errors accounted for 70% above. Then, we do a Comprehensive research on these 3 types of biased errors in the way of mathematical statistics and analyzing with examples.Epilogue: In this part, the author sums up the research in general and points out shortcomings existing in this research. Then, the author brings forward some assumptions of further researcher.
