The modal particle " le " is a frequency use word in modern Chinese,In the previous studies,The academics mainly focus on the natural study. Since nineteen-eighties, Mr.Lu Jianji introduced error analysis to China, Error analysis has been much accounted by scholars.As second language learners, they may be influenced by their native language and culture,so they will formed different learning characteristics,Therefore the study of the specific country is needed. Currently, Thai students become the the largest number in China after South Korea,America.So,we should pay attention to their learning characteristics. After consulted a lot of literature, I found that there are a few papers about Thai students acquisition research of the modal particle " le ".This paper based on the previous research.Firstly, based on the "three plane theory" to explore the using conditions of the modal particle " le ".Then researching the error examples form the Ji Nan University’s " foreign students corpus database " and Beijing language and cultural university’s "HSK dynamic composition corpus database ", analyzing the error examples and summarizing the error examples as three types. finding that the main causes of Thai students errors of modal particle " le " are negative transfer form Thai language, incorrectly generalize Chinese knowledge rules, using the avoidance strategies,and the improper arrangement form textbooks Finally, providing the corresponding suggestions.
