The Discussion About The Impact Of The Industrial Parks On The Changes Of Traditional Village

At present, our country is transforming from a traditional agricultural country to a modern industrial one. Being in the impact of industrialization and urbanization, the rural village communities and traditional villages of China are experiencing unprecedented changes. Villages' space and culture is gradually declining, shrinking and disappearing. Traditional villages in the original social networks were broken. The commonness of traditional countryside is gradually declining. Traditional villages, as the basic unit of Chinese local communities, are experiencing the process of disappearing or ending. In the tremendous background of current period of social transformation and construction of new socialist rural areas, there are many factors which could cause the changes of the traditional villages, the rural industrialization is one of very important reasons. In the end of the 1990s, many industrial parks are springing up in rural areas. And those industrial parks have become special vector and platforms of the new period of industrialization in rural areas. The development of industrial parks has had a significant impact on rural development and changes. Therefore, this research highlights the factor that the development of industrial parks from many factors which caused changes of traditional villages and adopts such a way that combined by field study and document study to collected data. On this basis, this research analyses the impact of the development of industrial parks on the changes of Lengshuigou village, discusses industrial parks, the special factors, how to have effect on changes of the traditional villages from a sociological perspective. As well as this research discusses the development trend of the "Park-pull" villages to explore the general problems among homogeneity villages, which will represent a useful effort not only for the future of homogeneity villages but also for other villages'. And, this research can also provide an objective basis for the Government to formulate the scientific strategies for rural development, help the Government to manage and serve the rural area, promote the new socialist rural construction better.Generally speaking, this article is divided into five parts:Part one: Introduction, mainly introduce the meaning and the origin of the research.Part two: Background of the research which is composed by two parts. As follows, "the summary of the related researches" and "the object of the research and the research methods in this article".Part three: Introduction of the development of Lengshuigou village before the construction of industrial park.Part four: Introduction of the development of industrial parks in Lengshuigou village and its impact on rural development and the changes in traditional villages.Part five: The author will give a brief summary on the finding of this study, and discuss industrial parks, the special factors, how to have effect on changes of the traditional villages. As well as the author discusses the development trend of the "Park-pull" villages.
