Study Of For Animation Industrial Park Investment Evaluation Based On Industrial Value Chain Theory

Currently, in the scene of promoting vigorous and prosper development of socialist culture, China animation industry is confronted with a lots of development opportunity, and already enter the fast lane. As an important carrier of the development of the animation industry, the government is energetically building animation industry parks nation widely. However, in the spring tide of park construction, a series problems are revealed, which are far radical investment, defect location choosing and low profit in park. These problems make a part of the animation industry park emerged vacant, which is a waste of resources.The thesis is aimed at solving the problems which animation industrial park currently encountered. Firstly, by analyzing the feature of animation industrial park and the current investment evaluation methods, the thesis states that the root cause for the problems is that the current project investment evaluation method is not applicable to the animation industry park. Then, by interpreting the industrial value chain theory, it is obviously that the industrial value chain theory has some combinations with animation industrial park’s feature. What’s more, the theory’s effect can accurately solve the current animation industry park’s problems. Therefore it is reasonable to introduce the industrial value chain theory into the animation industry park investment evaluation method. Afterwards, based on the industrial value chain theory and the animation industry value chain’s characteristics, the influence factors of animation industry value chain on the park investment evaluation are revealed. At last, based on the prior research works, animation industrial park investment evaluation index system, which is based on the industrial value chain theory, is finally set, and the application method is briefly introduced. All the effort is made to improve the animation industrial park investment evaluation status.
