Analysis And Design Of College English Network Teaching Platform

The rapid development of information technology, networking becomes a part of everyday life of contemporary college students, development of network teaching platform of the university is necessary and useful.There are already several exist versions of the college English teaching platform, and a lot of colleges and universities in the country has been applied. In this paper, through research and analysis, in accordance with constructivist learning theory, this paper designs a college English network-teaching platform suited to China's college English teaching.This paper first overviews college English network teaching platform research background and research significance, and then introduces the status of network teaching platform, and a few specific examples of the network-teaching platform. Third, the paper expounds the constructivist learning theory,and Summaries up a set of guiding ideology of network teaching platform design. This paper following by the user's research and analysis, Summaries up the basic needs of users of the teaching platform of network.Finally, based teaching strategies and user needs, this paper proposes the functional design of the basic structure and management system architecture of college English network teaching platform, and puts forward the testing mechanism based on the constructivist learning theory. The goal is to provide references and clues for the development and application of similar platform.
