At present the development of higher vocational education can not be ignored. However, due to the lack of attention and funding, the research of higher vocational education has been neglected and the method of English teaching is also lagging behind. The main methods of Multimedia English teaching are still limited in using language laboratories and playing PPT and the valuable network resources are disregard. Based on the awareness of Web-based Individual Learning and experience in vocational education, a project on the self-regulated vocational English learning in Network environment is constructed, which focuses on establishing a network platform by BBS and BLOG for Interactive teaching and learning curriculum. In the teaching process, the reflection and judgment can be obtained from multiple rounds of teaching action, which gradually optimize the interactive environment, improve the effectiveness of interactive teaching thus enhance the independent study ability of the students.The writer hopes that the experience and recommendations of the network assisted teaching and learning in vocational college can be share with colleagues related from the result of this study.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter discusses the current situation in English teaching at higher vocational colleges, the significance of this study and the overall framework of this article. On the basis of analysis of the current situation, using the attractiveness of the network to promote the cultivation of new learning methods and change the traditional means of communication is suggested, either, in this chapter. According to the analysis and comparison of the common methods of the web-based English learning, the research emphasis of this study was focused on the instructional application of BBS and BLOG in supporting English teaching.The second chapter presents the theoretical foundation including the literature review and relevant theories. The main theories are Constructivism, Knowledge Management, Blending Learning, inter-subjectivity, and Autonomous Learning theory.The third chapter analyzes the latest trends of BBS and BLOG assist teaching by observing the well-known BBS and BLOG of English learning and the technical and theoretical study about BBS and BLOG. Based on the generalization analysis of the application of BBS and BLOG in the field of English Teaching, further explanation of the research purpose, research contents and research significance is givenIn the fourth chapter, Material selection and design of the teaching task are described. We emphasize using the web to supplement English teaching and learning, and meanwhile the students'basic knowledge, learning habits, teaching materials and syllabus is also considered In combination with the actual situation of the classroom teaching, the focal point, difficulty point, target and strategy of the English teaching task is Identified.In the fifth chapter, the network-Assisted English Teaching rely on BBS, BLOG was analyzed by using the data collected from the practices of English teaching. At same time, the comparison between traditional teaching model and network-assisted teaching model is made. The result proves that the active application of net-assisted English teaching can be helpful in improving students'interesting and self-confidence in English and developing their cooperation skills.The sixth chapter is conclusion of the thesis, which lists the results of this study and suggestions for further study are also proposed.
