The objectives of this study are: 1) to explore the relationship between Big Seven Personality and School Adjustment; 2) to check whether Time Management Disposition is the mediated variable between Big Seven Personality and School Adjustment; 3) to analyze which factors of Big Seven Personality have correlation with the factors of Time Management Disposition.The research method is: invested a college school in Shanghai throughquestionnaires. 453 students engaged in this investigation and 424 questionnaires arevalid. After matching the 3 related types of questionnaires, there existed 361 questionnaires for analyzing.The research results shows that: 1) Gender has different effect on School Adjustment and male students adapt to school better than female students; more particular, male students adapt to relationship, job choice and physical and mental symptoms better than female students; 2) there are significant correlations between the factors of Big Seven Personality and School Adjustment and Big Seven Personality has a significant prediction of School Adjustment; 3) behavior style and manner of life have positive correlations with time value; extroversion, kindness, behavior style, diligence, interpersonal relations and life manner have significant correlations with time control; the seven factors of Big Seven Personality all have significant correlations with time efficacy and there is a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and time efficacy. Finally, this research didn't prove that Time Management Disposition is a mediated variable.
